Extra washing tips to save money:
1) Wash your clothes in warm water. For heavily soiled clothes, considerwashing in warm instead of hot water and you'll use half the energy.2) Maximize your wash loads by running large cycles. Your machine will usejust as much energy on small loads so fill it to the rim.3) Use the sanitary wash sparingly. This is often used when washing your owncloth diapers. However, hot water wash and a cold rinse cycle should do just fine.4) Ring your clothes out by maximizing the highest spin setting. This will reducedrying time and ultimately reduce energy use.5) Hang dry as many items as possible. Plus, the Sun acts as a great natural bleach.6) Use the appropriate detergents with your machine.

Drying Tips:1) Clean that lint tray to increase the drying efficiency2) If you have the moisture sensor option, then use it. This feature will automaticallytrigger your dryer to turn off when the clothes are dry.
